Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The Desert Color Community is a growing community with new amenities and homes under construction. There may be some construction noise during normal business hours. We ask that you stay clear of any active work zones that are clearly marked.

The minimum age to book this home is 21 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 8 people. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above at any point to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Please be aware that during the winter months, the resort pool heating may take longer than usual to reach the desired temperature due to colder ambient temperatures. Additionally, extreme weather conditions may impact heating efficiency.

There is no private pool at this Desert Color unit.
