Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The Desert Color Community is a growing community with new amenities and homes under construction. There may be some construction noise during normal business hours. We ask that you stay clear of any active work zones that are clearly marked.

For your convenience, this property has an elevator available upon advance request. Kindly reach out to Concierge at least 72 hours before your arrival to arrange for this. Note that children can only use it when accompanied by an adult.

The minimum age to book this home is 21 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 18 people. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above at any point to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Please be aware that during the winter months, facility pool heating may take longer than usual to reach the desired temperature due to colder ambient temperatures. Additionally, extreme weather conditions may impact heating efficiency.
