Snow plowing begins automatically when snowfall reaches more than 3–4 inches, so there is no need to call the office to request plowing. Private plowing contractors service each property as quickly as possible; however, specific plowing times cannot be requested.
If you hear the plow and are able to move your car, doing so will help keep the parking area clear and in its best condition. Please note that Wander does not provide plowing services directly—contractors are independent and operate on their own schedules.
Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March–October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.
