Before you book Wander Vail Valley
Smart Home Technology : Please note, Wander Vail Valley will not be smart home ready until Spring 2023. Once this state-of-the-art technology is installed, you will need to control things like unlocking the home and turning on the lights from the Wander app. Our Wander Concierge will support over text but if you are not comfortable using tech - it may not be an enjoyable experience.
No hot tub : Please be aware that at this time, there is no hot tub at this property. We are working on adding one as soon as possible.
Elevator access : This multi-level home has a 2-3 person elevator with access to the kitchen and bridge entryway for transporting luggage, ski equipment, etc. However, the elevator does not service any of the bedrooms which are only accessible by climbing stairs.
Stairs required : This house does have areas, including all three bedrooms, that are only accessible by climbing stairs and may be problematic for guests with mobility issues.

Wander is perfect for those who love adventure, new experiences and technology. We find homes in the most inspiring of locations, which means that our properties can be a bit off-the-beaten-path, with some even positioned on high cliffs or up a steep drive. We take pride in the fact that our homes are equipped with the latest in smart home technology, but understand not everyone may be as excited about and comfortable with those functionalities as we are. Please be sure to read through our policies and each home's description thoroughly to ensure that Wander and the property that you are booking is right for you and your party. Our Concierge is also available by text to answer any questions.
There is a 3-night minimum stay for all Wander homes. We only accept 1 or 2-night bookings if there is a gap between existing bookings. You should be able to do that in-app automatically in those situations!
If it is more than 14 days before your check-in date: you can freely move your stay, or receive Wander credits of the full value of your trip which you can spend on any future stay at any Wander property. If it is less than 14 days before your check-in date: you can no longer move your trip. We will re-list your dates and attempt to re-book them. If we are successful, you will receive Wander credit for whatever dates we are able to re-book. We allow you to re-sell or gift your dates if you have a colleague or friend who can make them. In this case, just let Concierge know their name and email. By booking, you agree and understand Wander does not give refunds, only credits under the stated conditions.
All Wanders are pet-friendly and we welcome our guests' furry friends on their stays with them. However, we do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our homes' delicate luxury furniture and linens. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, Tesla, or spa facilities. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended unless crated. Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file. For those who would like to bring a pet, there is a + $150 per pet charge at check-out, which goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules.
