You’ll have private access to the entire rental space and all listed amenities during your stay; however, the basement level is reserved for owner use and is NOT accessible to guests.

In accordance with Washington, D.C. regulations, the property is fully licensed as both a Vacation Rental and a Short-Term Rental. The owner resides on-site in a separate, self-contained area for part of the year, as required by city rules. This setup ensures compliance while maintaining your comfort and privacy.

This home contains features that may be difficult for children, pets, and elderly - including climbing a set of stairs to enter the property and access additional levels.

The home was designed to be a sustainable, solar panel-integrated home. Every feature has been thoughtfully chosen to minimize our footprint. It is still best to conserve energy as much as possible.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
