We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing sales territories, commissions, and various other sales operations functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of sales territories, including territory planning, allocation, and optimization to maximize sales performance.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and efficiency, streamlining processes where necessary.

  • Manage the design, implementation, and administration of sales commission plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing, to drive alignment and support overall business objectives.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance CRM system effectiveness, including data integrity, reporting capabilities, and user adoption.

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to sales teams on sales processes, tools, and systems.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations, incorporating relevant advancements into our processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably in the technology or travel industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
