What to Do if We Have to Check Out Late

Need more time to get ready before leaving the house? Check out this guide!

At the moment, we are unable to offer late check-out, especially if new guests are arriving right after your stay. Our local crew will need all the available time to prepare the house for the incoming guests and ensure that everything is spotless and well-maintained, just as we did for you. We understand that something may come up at the last minute, such as flight delays or a work meeting requiring you to stay online beyond the checkout time. For instances like these, here’s what we can do to help:

  1. If you need to kill some time after checking out, we can suggest some activities or restaurants for you. You may check out the Trips tab in the app for more info. Alternatively, you can message Concierge for more personalized recommendations.

  2. Also, if you require a place to store your bags, we can coordinate to keep them in the garage or a secure area at the house.

  3. If you have a work meeting, we can help you find a nearby cafe or shared workspace where you can attend the meeting.

Note that in cases of extreme weather or other phenomena, although we are unable to guarantee anything, we will do our best to accommodate you!
