Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning. We provide portable fans that can be used to stay cool and comfortable.

The main roads leading to the property are mountain roads, and 4x4 vehicles are recommended for easier navigation.

Additionally, please note that the three-level home requires stair access between floors.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The hot tub and dock are seasonal amenities. Generally, they are unavailable after Labor Day due to freezing weather and storms and become usable again around mid-May, weather permitting. If these are important to your stay, please confirm availability before booking.

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
