2+ years of procurement experience
2+ years of reporting experience
Experience working with multiple vendors domestic & international
Experience with accounts payable, reporting, and tracking expenses against budget
Strong work ethic
Passion for building
Interested in long term employment and career growth at a high growth tight-knit company
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
Ordering furniture & supplies to a new property that’s coming online
Working hand in hand with others on the Wander ops team to ensure everything arrives on time and is within budget
Managing inventory for each property, re-ordering necessities when needed.
Reviewing expenses and reconciling against budgets
Preparing reporting files for each property and collaborating with property management to ensure accuracy
